Our CC Mat classes are a great fit if you are looking to add bodyweight conditioning to your routine. We may use small pilates props to add challenge or to support pilates concepts. Mat classes will help you to perfect the 5 basic principles.


CC Mat - a multi level class for those comfortable with the basic pilates terminology and exercises. The instructor will provide modifications for all clients.


Total Toning - Get a great workout with your bodyweight & pilates props. This class is a challenge.


Mat Mix - Get a full body workout with part mat & part equipment. Stabilize, lengthen and tone. Use your mat/barre category package for this class. The instructor will provide modifications for all clients.


Zenga Mat - Focus on relaxation, stretch, breath, alignment, ease and flow. You will feel re-engerized with increased mobility and agility in the body. This class will use mini stability balls, bands and other pilates equipment for support. Experiential learning, increased mind body awareness and reduced tension in the body is the focus of this class.
