All instructors at The Core Connection Pilates studio have invested in their training.  Instructors have passed written and practical exams in STOTT PILATES, participate in yearly continuing education to keep current and are qualified to modify programing for your specific needs.

Corinne Harle is a STOTT PILATES® certified instructor and owner of The Core Connection - Pilates Studio. She has been teaching Pilates classes since 2002 when she completed mat certification through the PhysicalMind Institute.

Corinne started Pilates in 1997 while studying at the University of Calgary for her Bachelor of Arts - Dance Degree from the Faculties of Fine Arts and Kinesiology. She also holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Regina.

In 2004, Corinne successfully completed written and practical exams for her STOTT PILATES certified instructor designation. Since then, she has been teaching Pilates classes to students of all ages and fitness goals. Corinne values continuing education and has travelled to Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Saskatoon and New York City for education opportunities to bring back to Core Connection clients.

Kelley is a certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor (Mat, Reformer, CCB, ISP, ZEN•GA) and a STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer (Mat, Reformer, CCB). 

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.

Kelley was selected to become an STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer for Mat and Reformer in 2009.  She is an energetic instructor, with a passion for teaching and helping clients to achieve their personal goals.

Kelley teaches STOTT PILATES, Total Barre & ZEN•GA at The Core Connection. She instructs STOTT PILATES & ZEN•GA Courses and Continuing Education Courses.

Krista Solheim is a dance artist and movement teacher. She holds a BFA in Contemporary Dance from Concordia University in Montreal. For the past 20 years, Krista has been creating new work, performing and teaching a variety of movement classes. She was first exposed to Pilates while studying dance in university and the principles have remained a part of her movement practice. Krista is excited to have formally completed all of the course work for STOTT PILATES Essential and Intermediate Reformer and to begin working with clients at Core Connection.

Lidia discovered Pilates in 2000 and found that it has helped her tremendously with chronic back pain, physical stamina and stress relief. She has recently completed the STOTT PILATES Mat Certification (level 1 & 2) in February 2006.

Deb has been a SPRA Group Fitness Instructor since April 1990. She stays current by taking workshops to learn new trends in fitness with changes in Fitness, Health and Nutrition.

Deb became a Fully Certified STOTT PILATES Instructor in 2006 after her initial STOTT PILATES Matwork certification in 2003. She teaches Pilates, Kettle Bells and other group Fitness classes at Saskatchewan Polytechnic -Regina, YWCA, The Core Connection Pilates Studio, Sask Energy Wellnes Centre and Emerald Park. Fitness and Health is Deb’s passion and she hopes to inspire others in the same way.
