Privates sessions are scheduled by appointment.
Private sessions are 1 client and one teacher.
We develop the sessions to fit your needs and progress to fit your goals. We have access to our fully equipped pilates studio with large and small equipment for your sessions.
Appropriate for athletic training, pre-natal/post-natal, modified pilates and more.
Privates are perfect for beginners or those returning to exercise after a break.

All clients may purchase our INTRO OFFER one time and then our regular rates apply.
Get 5 privates, a two week group class pass and one month access to the recorded library.

Duets are 2 clients and one teacher.

Typically clients have their own duet partner but we can keep a list of those interested to be matched up.

Bring in your small group of 3-10 people in studio for your own class with your specific goals in mind.
Zoom can accommodate larger numbers - contact us!
A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to secure your booking.
All participants must complete our registration form and waiver.
