Total Barre™

Our STOTT PILATES mat classes are a great fit if you are looking to add bodyweight conditioning to your routine. We may use small pilates props, barrels, BOSU, Halo Trainers and more to add challenge or to support pilates concepts. Mat classes will help you to perfect the 5 basic principles.

Join us for our ballet barre inspired workout! STOTT PILATES® basic principles, toning balls, mini balls and ballet inspired fitness movements are included in this fusion class. No dance experience necessary! This class has lots of fun, a little sweat and great music.

Our studio features the Total Barre® content from STOTT PILATES.

STOTT PILATES Equipment classes

After you’ve finished our beginner introductory series or private sessions you are ready to move into our group equipment classes.

These are capped at 6 clients. We use the Reformer, Cadillac exercises on the tower, Stability Chair and barrels to add challenge, support and variety to your equipment workouts.

Mat & Equipment category options

Focus on relaxation, stretch, breath, alignment, ease and flow. You will feel re-energized with increased mobility and agility in the body. This class will use mini stability balls, bands and other pilates equipment for support and focus. Experiential learning, increased mind body awareness and reduced tension in the body is the focus of this class. This class is open to all, no experience necessary.


The Core Connection is a busy boutique pilates studio centrally located at
2243 Albert Street in Regina, SK, Canada. We are steps away from the Cathedral District and Wascana Park between 14th & 15th Ave. Our studio has been operating since 2002 under the direction of Corinne Harle.

We specialize in small group classes and private lessons.

Get stronger from the inside out, develop a mindful connection to your body and take the skills you learn in studio with you to your other daily activities. We focus on developing body awareness, alignment, strength and support from the core. We are excited to help you meet your goals for better posture, functional fitness and sport specific training.

All instructors at The Core Connection Pilates studio have invested in their training. Instructors have passed written and practical exams in STOTT PILATES®, participate in yearly continuing education to keep current and are qualified to modify programing for your specific needs.
