Most clients will complete all 5 private lessons to learn the foundation exercises, set up and safety on the equipment. We can address any specific modifcations during these one on one lessons.
This pass will sit on your account until you book your first group class. You then have 14 days to attend. $37 + tax for each no show or late cancel during the 2 week group pass period.

Practice the basics at home with our matwork and small prop based sessions. A variety of mini lessons and full classes are included. Over 99 sessions are in this library.
