Terms

Minimum 3 month commitment
Option to renew at current rate one time

  • 30 day written cancelation notice required via cancelation form. This must be filled out a min 30 days prior to your next billing.

  • Contract must be signed.

  •  Valid credit card must be kept on file.

  • 24 hour late cancelation and no show policy in effect. Please cancel/rebook online, in advance.

  • $25 + tax charge for failed auto pays.

  • Unused classes do not carry forward to your month.
