
Beginner Series
Commit to attending one lesson a week for a series. These vary depending on studio availability but they are typically 3 to 8 weeks.
You will book the entire series, learn the basic exercises, principles and fundamentals of STOTT PILATES on the mat and on the Reformer®.
Clients will choose to repeat the series, move on to private sessions or attend our regular group class schedule after completing this series.
Limited to 7 participants.
Your reservation is for the entire series.
