Please leave us a voicemail. When teaching clients we can not answer the telephone, leave us a detailed message and will return your call as soon as we can.

Typically new clients will do a series of private lessons or join one of our beginner groups to become familiar with the set up, safety, basic principles & exercises.

Our Beginner Reformer series is a great starting point for those new to pilates and the Reformer.

Beginner Series

Commit to attending one lesson a week for a series. These vary depending on studio availability but they are typically 3 to 8 weeks. 

You will book the entire series, learn the basic exercises, principles and fundamentals of STOTT PILATES on the mat and on the Reformer®.

Clients will choose to repeat the series, move on to private sessions or attend our regular group class schedule after completing this series.

Limited to 7 participants.
Your reservation is for the entire series.

Private Lessons

Booked by appointment, privates are all about you. We tailor sessions to fit your specific needs. We meet you where you are at to either support or challenge your movement goals.

Choose a single, 5 or 10 pack. We offer a 6 month private lesson plan and have a special intro offer that is the most popular way to get started with us.

Group Class Drop-in

Drop in to a barre, MELT method or matwork class anytime. We offer Beginner Reformer Drop-in classes on the regular schedule from time to time.
