I'm new to pilates what is the best place to start?

We offer a beginner group sessions and private lessons to get started. You will learn the basic principles, foundation exercises, set up and safety.

Even if you have experience in other fitness or movement modalities we recommend starting this way for a better experience.

How do I create an account?

Use this link to create an account to use our booking software. 

Once you have created an account you can then purchase, reserve and cancel your classes online or with the Mindbody app.

I have done pilates on the large equipment before with another teacher or in another city (reformer, cadillac, stability chair, barrels). What class should I select?

We have many classes on our drop in group class schedule and a select times open for private lessons.

Feel free to contact us via email or call our landline to help you select the best classes. 

If you are familiar with your personal set up for basic exercises like footwork, feet in straps, long/short box, standing and back rowing feel free to select a group class.

How do I book a group class?

You can go to our website and then to today’s schedule to reserve a class.

You can use the Mindbody app

You can bookmark the app on your browser and go directly to our group schedule

What is the cancelation policy?

We follow a 24 hour cancellation policy regardless of reason. All cancelations must be done by the client online with the app or on the browser.
We can not accept cancellations via phone, email or text.

How do I cancel online?

On the app: 

  • Log in

  • Click on your profile picture in the bottom right and you will see your schedule pop up. 

  • There should be a cancel button for each class you have booked. You may need to click on the class/appointment title before the cancel button appears. 

  • Select cancel to complete this task and you will be removed from the class.

On the computer

  • Log in

  • Go to "my info"

  • Go to "my schedule",

  • Beside each class you have booked is a cancel button. 

  • Click that button to cancel and you will be removed from the class.


How do waitlists work?

Waitlists on the app:

  • Select your profile pic on the bottom right

  • Tap the name of the class you are waitlisted for

  • Select the cancel button to remove yourself, select “leave waitlist”

Waitlists on a computer: log in, go to "my info", "my schedule”, top right is the waitlist menu. Select that, beside each class you are waitlisted for you can cancel.

When you are waitlisted it means you want a spot in the class, you will check your messages to see if you have been added. There are others on the list after you, if you do not attend it prevents someone else that wanted the spot from attending. Remove yourself anytime, even the same day without penalty from the waitlist. 

If you are on the waitlist and then are added to the class, our usual cancellation policy applies if you are a no show or late cancel. 

Please remove yourself with the software when you decide you no longer want the spot. You can be added anytime since it depends on when someone in the class takes themselves out. You'll be automatically added to the class when someone cancels.

What do I wear?

Wear comfortable workout clothing and no shoes are needed. 

Some clients like wearing grip socks but regular socks are perfectly fine. We have some on hand to borrow if you want to try them out.

Where do I park?

Most times of the day you can park on Albert Street right in front of the studio.

During Bus lane hours you will want to park on 14th or 15th ave. where there is 2 hour street parking. It is bus lane in front of the studio that is heavily patrolled by parking enforcement. Signs are posted with bus lane hours.

I have a Get Out of Late Notice FREE pass - how does that work?

To use your Get out of Late Notice FREE pass:

1) Please cancel online with the software or the app as usual even though it is late.

Then email Corinne to tell her that you want to use your GOLN free pass and what date and class it is for.

2) Corinne will then reassign your late canceled visit to this pass.

Your late canceled visit will then be available to use for another booking.

Can I book a guest with my flex pack or membership?

Yes, you may book a guest with your flexpack or membership.

When you want to book a guest please book your guest first when the software asks you if this reservation is for you or someone else.

After you have reserved the class for your guest you can then reserve yourself in the class,

If you book yourself first the software has limitations on using your pack to book a guest.

Remember to book your guest first.

How many classes in each month can I sign up for?

We currently offer 4, 8, 12 or 16 classes per month. Your billing date is the start of the month and you have 30 days to attend your classes. 

Unused classes do not roll forward to future months.

Can I do an extra class(es) in the month?

Yes, it is a perk of a membership to sign up for classes in advance as unpaid. We will run a report each month, if you book an extra class or two we will charge your saved card the preferred member rate of $25 + tax for any extra classes you have taken that month.

If it is important to you to stay within the amount per month you have signed up for you will want to keep track of how many classes you have reserved.

Can I sign up for classes in advance of my payment/start of month date?

Yes, since you can sign up for classes in advance as unpaid you can book a month or two or more in advance.

Each month the software will reconcile your unpaid bookings when your payment goes through.

If you book more than your base amount it will be a $25 + tax per extra class you have reserved that month.

Is the monthly membership and private lesson plan a monthly charge?

Yes, our group class membership and the private lesson plans are both billed each month. Unused sessions do not roll forward to the next month.

Is there a contract?

Yes, there is a contract with a 4 month minimum time commitment for our group class membership and a 6 month minimum for our private lesson plan.

If you like your membership option you do nothing and the contract will automatically renew.

If you want to cancel the group class membership we require at least 30 days notice by filling out the cancel form before your next payment.

Can change my membership?

Yes, we allow moving up or down during your current contract. You do not need to wait until the minimum contract is up.

Please email us your request at least 3 business days before your payment date if you would like to increase or decrease your monthly amount of classes per month.
